Parking

The public car park “P & R Bodenseeforum” is located next to the Bodenseeforum just across the street. There is the possibility to purchase a parking ticket with a cheap bus ticket on top for the entire city which can be used for the duration of your stay.

Situated in the southernmost part of Germany Konstanz it is the largest city in the 4-country-region of Lake Constance linking Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein. Konstanz is home to about 17.000 students who study at the University of Constance and the University of Applied Sciences (HTWG). Traveling to Konstanz

Konstanz is easily accessible by plane via Zurich, Friedrichshafen, Stuttgart or Munich, or by train or coach, or across the lake by ship, ferry or catamaran.

By Air

Via Zurich: hourly trains to Konstanz. Distance: 65 km

Via Friedrichshafen: train to Friedrichshafen Stadt, then by bus or catamaran to Konstanz

Via Munich: S-Bahn train to the central bus station, then by coach to Konstanz, or S-Bahn train to Munich main train station (‘Bahnhof’) and then train to Constance.
